Ashley combines international operations experience with a strong interest in applying AI to industrial quality control.

During university, Ashley developed a strong interest in applying AI technology. After graduation, she worked as an assistant to the CEO of a software company, where she helped build an international business platform from the ground up and achieved month-over-month ROI growth. She later co-founded doublez with her former classmate Rita. Doublez deploys AI detection models in high-volume industrial production, including special wire and cable manufacturing and food packaging, to help clients improve product quality. An extreme-sports enthusiast, Ashley is also exploring AI applications for sports rehabilitation training and emergency rescue.

Rita brings supply-chain, certification and factory quality-management experience to physical AI deployments.

Rita holds a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and relevant professional certifications. She has supported companies with product-quality certifications such as ISO, CMMI and CE, and has designed internal systems training programmes. She has delivered technical and supply-chain compliance solutions for more than 100 companies. Drawing on her experience in quality inspection, she co-founded doublez with Ashley to advance ‘AI + Quality Control’ and deploy physical AI robots that support factory quality departments.

Belle leads a team of designers and engineers, combining automation training with hands-on engineering software experience.

Belle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Automation. She began her career as a PCB Layout Engineer in the innovation center of a new-energy-storage enterprise, skilled in CAD, AD, MATLAB and other engineering software. Today, she leads a team of 10+ designers and engineers, driven by the mission of returning investors’ precious time to their highest-priority pursuits. She believes meticulous attention to detail is the foundation of the team’s technical breakthroughs.

Yolanda leads international engineering recruitment and contributes to special-needs education.

Yolanda serves as the HR Manager. She plays a pivotal role in our international talent recruitment initiative. Committed to building a diverse, global workforce, Yolanda leads talent acquisition for engineers across the world. Beyond her work in human resources, she is also a pioneer in special-needs education, making remarkable contributions to educational programs for autistic children.
